Blackfoot Grill is a restaurant, food truck and custom caterer in Standoff, Alberta, created by the father-son duo of Brent and Clayton Chief Body of the Blood Reserve near Lethbridge. They started the business in 2016 as a food truck serving burgers and pizza at powwows and farmer’s markets, then added a custom catering service for funerals, weddings, and other events. In 2018, they took over the Iitoy’op Restaurant at the Blood Tribe administration building, where they serve lunch daily. Considered the best food truck in the area, Blackfoot Grill is proud to serve only fresh, high-quality ingredients.
